Here you will the find some stories from the streets of the 208.

I spent two years living under a bridge, and if you had ever been to Idaho you'd know what the winter are like. I was grateful for what I had I was dry and I had my Wife by my side. I realized that some were worse off than we were. I have seen that Angel of mine give 5 to someone a stranger when we only had 10 to are name and I didn't mind because it comes back. I now have my van and I am very thankful for it. It was a gift from a wonderful lady that wanted to help a homeless Veteran and by the grace of God I was in the right place at the right time. I'm still thankful for the gifts and opportunities that the Good Lord gives me. I'm here for a purpose in the last few years I've met some of the most loving, generous, caring people, and yet they are look down upon by most of society. Yes there are thieves, and addicts and truly despicable people too. I'm here for a reason as my Mother used to say " The Good Lord will never put more on your shoulders than you can handle" I'm here because I'm tough enough to make it. If you had a hot meal today,a place to bathe and a warm sheltered safe bed to sleep in get down on your knees and thank God for you have know idea what suffering is.
